Yes. This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for technicians with commercial refrigeration, supermarket refrigeration, restaurant equipment, or commercial HVAC experience who can work independently from diagnosis to completion.
We run a structured 4-team, 4-week rotation. You’re on-call for emergency coverage one out of every four weekends — that’s three weekends off per month. Scheduling is predictable and shared fairly across the team.
Yes. We pay travel time from the moment you leave home until you return — including travel to your first job, between calls, and from your last call back home. Many contractors don’t do this, and the difference can be significant over the course of a year.
No. All service work stays within the DFW Metroplex and surrounding area — within approximately a two-hour radius. No overnight or out-of-state assignments.
For experienced technicians, we’re willing to discuss PTO matching based on your current benefits. You shouldn’t necessarily have to start over from scratch if you’ve earned your time off.
